2. Print-on-Demand Business Model

Urban Wear operates as a custom print-on-demand retailer. Each product ordered on our store is uniquely manufactured, printed, and inspected specifically for you upon successful order placement through our verified manufacturing and fulfillment network in the United States.

3. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD) and include standard ground shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed securely via encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. If an international payment gateway or regional acquiring bank processes the payment, the transaction may be cleared in local currency equivalent at real-time international exchange rates with zero additional hidden fees.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, production typically begins within 2 to 4 hours of order confirmation. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at support@urbanwearusa.store within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an item has entered production, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Intellectual Property
