1. Where We Ship
Currently, Urban Wear ships to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
2. Two-Step Fulfillment Process
Because every order is custom-made to minimize waste and ensure the freshest print quality, your order timeline consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Production & Quality Check (2–5 Business Days)
Your garments, blankets, or home decor are printed, cured, assembled, and inspected by our professional manufacturing partners across the USA.
Stage 2: Carrier Transit (3–6 Business Days)
Packages are handed over to USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL eCommerce, or FedEx Ground for delivery right to your doorstep.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order is packaged and assigned a carrier shipping label, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's initial scan to reflect online.
4. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items (for example, a hoodie and a square pillow), they may be produced by different specialized print facilities. In such cases, items may ship separately in different packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.
5. Holiday Rush & Deadlines
During peak holiday seasons (November – December), carrier volumes surge significantly nationwide. We advise ordering your Christmas blankets, pillows, and gifts before December 10th to guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.
